Presented by Vista Data × Upskill Mid-South
Why This Program
A career accelerator designed for professionals who want to stand out in a workforce that increasingly demands AI literacy — whether you're job searching, switching careers, or leveling up.
Most people know one AI tool. You'll learn how multiple tools work together to solve real problems: research, analysis, content creation, and data — all in a connected workflow.
Every milestone is designed around your job search — building AI-powered career tools you use immediately: resume systems, interview prep, professional communications, and career intelligence.
Your capstone project applies AI to a real career challenge. Leave with a working portfolio and professional tools that prove your skills — not just a certificate.
Every session is grounded in four pillars: Human-AI Collaboration, Personal Mastery, Workplace Integration, and Community of Practice.
Kappa Cohort Schedule
The Kappa cohort follows the Career Accelerator path — every milestone project focuses on job search strategy, resume and cover letter creation, interview preparation, and professional communications. A Tech Coach and Program Coach support you throughout. All sessions start at 1:00 PM CT.
